About the role

As the Channel B2B Director, you will oversee the strategic direction and management of the company's B2B channel operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of YONDU INC.'s innovative products and solutions to our valued customers. This full-time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company's B2B client base and achieve revenue targets
  2. Manage and mentor a team of B2B account executives, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service
  3. Foster and nurture long-term relationships with key B2B clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing tailored solutions
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  5. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform the company's strategic direction
  6. Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of the B2B channel and drive continuous improvement
  7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen the brand and showcase our offerings

What we're looking for

  1. Extensive experience (8+ years) in a similar B2B sales leadership role, preferably within the technology or software industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a high-performing B2B sales team
  3. Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, from lead generation to client retention
  4. Excellent relationship-building and client management skills, with the ability to understand and meet the evolving needs of customers
  5. Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
  6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
  7. Familiarity with the latest sales and marketing strategies, as well as customer relationship management tools and technologies
