Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- General Administrative Support:
Provide clerical and administrative support to team members, departments, and management. This includes answering phones, handling emails, filing, and preparing documents.
- Communication & Correspondence:
Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring effective communication between departments, clients, and partners.
- Document Management:
Create, file, and maintain important office documents, including reports, contracts, invoices, and memos. Ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Financial Administrative Support:
Assist with billing, processing invoices, handling petty cash, and maintaining financial records. Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate processing.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in business administration or a related field may be preferred.
- Technical Skills:
Proficiency with office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace. Knowledge of database management, scheduling tools, and office equipment is a plus.
- Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with people at all levels of the organization.
- Organizational Skills:
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively.
- Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy in all tasks.
- Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to troubleshoot problems and handle challenging situations with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
