Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting functions including AP/AR, payroll coordination, and petty cash management
  • Record and reconcile daily sales reports from all branches
  • Track inventory purchases, COGS, and wastage reports
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and budget comparisons
  • Monitor and reconcile bank transactions
  • Manage BIR compliance (VAT, income tax, withholding taxes) and ensure timely government filings
  • Coordinate with external accountants or auditors during financial reviews
  • Support costing of new menu items and branch profitability analysis
  • Maintain organized digital and physical financial records

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the F&B or retail industry
  • Knowledge of Philippine taxation and BIR compliance
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in multi-branch restaurant operations
  • Background in inventory and cost accounting
  • Familiarity with POS systems and integration with accounting softwar

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php35,000.00 per month
