Position Title: Accounting Officer

Department: Finance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and preferably with a CPA license.
  • At least 3-7 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR tax regulations.
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Set-Up: Onsite

Office Location: Makati City

Work Schedule: Weekdays, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
