Service Specialist/ Cashier

Responsible for providing customer service, ensuring food is served on time, and keeping the dining area clean.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers: Welcoming guests and making them feel comfortable
  • Taking orders: Accurately entering orders into the point of sale (POS) system
  • Serving food and drinks: Ensuring food is served promptly and at the correct temperature
  • Checking on customers: Ensuring customers are satisfied and their needs are met
  • Processing payments: Handling cash and credit transactions
  • Cleaning: Keeping the dining area clean and presentable
  • Following food safety regulations: Ensuring food is handled and stored properly
  • Handling customer service issues: Addressing complaints and referring to management when necessary
  • Communicating with kitchen staff: Informing the kitchen of special dietary needs or food allergies
  • Making menu recommendations: Suggesting menu items based on customer preferences
  • Other roles
  • Runners: Bring food and drinks from the kitchen or bar to customers
  • Front of house staff: Manage interactions between the business and its guests
  • College Graduate - BS HRM or any related course-
  • Must be patient, Hard working & keen to details-
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule
  • Direct Hiring / Willing to work in Q.C.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php695.00 per day
