About the role

Good Pastry Café' is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Cashier to join our team in our Quezon City location. As Cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Operate the cash register, process payments, and provide accurate change
  3. Handle cash and credit/debit card transactions with efficiency and accuracy
  4. Respond to customer inquiries and assist with product recommendations
  5. Maintain a clean and tidy cashier station and work area
  6. Restock and replenish supplies as needed
  7. Assist with other customer service duties as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role
  2. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
  3. Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
  4. Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure
  5. Good communication and problem-solving skills
  6. Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment
