Qualifications

  • Preferably with experience
  • Accurately process payments for food and beverage orders, including cash, credit, and gift card transactions.
  • Maintain an organized cash drawer, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and balanced at the end of each shift.
  • Provide information on menu items, specials, and promotions as needed to enhance the guest experience.
  • Print and issue receipts to customers, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all transactions.
  • Handle any payment-related issues or guest complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Knowledgeable in Point of Sale system (POS)
  • Keep the cashier area clean and organized, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is in good working order.
  • Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to facilitate smooth service and communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
