About the role

As a Reliever Sales Staff for Mossimo at SM Sucat, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for this leading retail brand. This full-time position is based in Sucat, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, offering the opportunity to be part of Mossimo team.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the perfect products to meet their needs.
  2. Maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
  3. Efficiently processing sales transactions and managing cash handling.
  4. Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  6. Contributing to the overall success and growth of the Mossimo brand.

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role, preferably within the fashion/apparel industry.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base.
  3. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide informed recommendations.
  4. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of store presentation.
  5. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  6. A positive, customer-centric attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
