MEMBER SERVICE ASSISTANT- RELIEVER

The Member Service Assistant-Reliever primarily serves as an alternate in the absence of any Member Service Assistant and Account Representative. They are also responsible for sales initiatives within their assigned region to meet the Association's set targets for the year. The MSA Reliever are also responsible for the screening and evaluation of all membership and loan applications received in their assigned region, which includes but are not limited to assessment of loan/membership applications, submitted documents and others.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree or any 4-year course
  • With at least 1-3 years work experience specializing in Marketing, Banking, Financial Services or equivalent
  • Self starter and Hardworking
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Must have an excellent sales and market analytical skills
  • With Good oral & written communication skills
  • Diligent, honest, meticulous and organized
  • Must have a strong personality and proven leadership skills
  • Willing to travel heavily within the assigned area of responsibility
