Job Description:

As Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of deliveries between our commissary, airport lounge, and external suppliers. You'll be responsible for dispatching riders/drivers, monitoring route efficiency, and supporting operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and dispatch delivery personnel for timely pickups and drop-offs
  • Coordinate with the kitchen, purchasing, and airport lounge teams regarding delivery priorities
  • Monitor real-time deliveries and communicate delays or issues promptly
  • Keep accurate records of trips, logs, and dispatch reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
  • Assist in route planning and allocation of resources based on demand

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate; college level preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in dispatch, logistics, or kitchen/commissary operations
  • Familiar with Metro Manila routes and basic traffic patterns
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Willing to work flexible hours and in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of spreadsheets/logbooks and communication tools (e.g., Viber, WhatsApp)
