KEY RESULTS AREA DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Inventory Documentation and Control

• Prepares and issues Commodity Issue Forms (CIF) for the release of commodities from the warehouse.
• Records incoming stock through Commodity Received Forms (CRF), ensuring alignment with delivery receipts or transfer documents.
• Maintains a systematic filing of all inventory documents, including CIFs, CRFs, stock cards, and reconciliation logs.

Stock Monitoring and Verification

• Conducts routine inventory checks and physical counts to verify stock levels and detect discrepancies.
• Updates inventory logs and reports in coordination with the Warehouse and Accounting Units.

Coordination with Internal Units

• Works with the Logistics Officer for the proper scheduling of dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinates with the Accounting Unit for reconciliation of inventory balances and documentation for liquidation.

Compliance and Reporting

• Ensures that all inventory activities comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and COA guidelines.
• Prepares daily, weekly, or monthly stock reports as required by the Trading Unit head or program management.

Support Functions

• Assists in tagging, labeling, and organizing commodities within the designated storage areas.
• Supports emergency inventory operations during high-volume dispatch periods.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Monday - Sunday
• 10AM - 3PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php10,000.00 per month
