Dining Supervisor

Job Summary

Directs and oversees all areas of dining operations, insuring that the set up, display, dispatching of food in all counters are done on time and in the most efficient manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Check logbook for endorsements and act on them;

· Check availability of funds for cash change and source for additional funds, working closely with the cash custodian;

· Check all items on display if they are complete, with dish tags, properly arranged, not contaminated, still safe for consumption

· Check attendance of dining staff, note absences

· Check if there are critical incidents/matters needing immediate action

· Check for reservations and attends to the needed preparations;

· Attends to proper encoding of dish tags, products

· Check if outgoing shift completed all closing procedures

· Checks the bussing area for any clogging, unattended tasks

· Monitor and check cleaning of dining area and comfort rooms

· Check order and cleanliness in the garbage area, check if garbage is properly disposed, cans underlined

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,720.00 per month
