Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you'll support the employee benefits process by collecting and analyzing complex datasets, organizing RFPs, collaborating with insurance carriers, and producing insightful presentations. You'll work cross-functionally to empower informed decision-making and create value-driven client outcomes.

Job Overview:

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm ET

Work Setup: Permanent WFH

Salary: PHP 35,000 to PHP 45,000

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar capacity, ideally within data analysis, benefits administration, or healthcare processing
• Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and report on complex benefits or healthcare-related data
• Experience in handling Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation and analysis is required
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to present findings clearly and professionallyProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• NY State Health, Life & Accident License preferred
• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent related experience

Your Daily Tasks

• Gather census, claims, and plan information from current clients
• Construct precise & comprehensive presentations for clients utilizing Excel and other platforms
• Organize and submit requests to insurance carriers
• Manage RFP process including all follow-up questions and timelines
• Build relationships with carrier sales representatives
• Gain familiarity with PPACA and common industry terms and practices
