Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute sales development strategies that drive qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Leverage CRM tools to monitor pipeline health, segment leads, and identify conversion trends.
  • Develop and optimize lead scoring models, sales cadences, and outreach workflows.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging, targeting, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Train and support SDR/BDR teams on CRM usage, data hygiene, and lead qualification best practices.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve customer acquisition strategies and nurture workflows.
  • Report regularly on key metrics such as conversion rates, lead quality, and campaign ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or business development.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) — strong CRM reporting skills required.
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales funnels, lead generation, and sales enablement practices.
  • Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or other BI dashboards.
  • Background in SaaS, tech, or high-growth B2B environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) principles.
