Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Associates who can deliver excellent customer support in a fast-paced environment. This role is open to candidates with 6 months to 1 year of CSR experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and troubleshooting support
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Assist with onboarding, account updates, or service requests as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance service quality
