We're Hiring: Accounts Receivable Staff

Location: Onsite – Gateway Tower, Cubao

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable collections for key/special accounts
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Analyze and review customer statements
• Handle payment applications and deduction resolutions (e.g., pricing, shortages, tax-related)
• Submit online billing through customer portals
• Maintain professional email communication with customers and internal teams
• Support various AR and general accounting tasks as assigned
• Assist in special projects and process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel – intermediate to advanced, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat)
• Experience in SAP or other ERP systems is required
• Strong understanding of customer payment deductions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing priorities independently
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to type at 50 WPM with accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
