Customer Service Representative (Premium Telco Account)

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Premium Telco Account. The role involves assisting high-value clients with their mobile, internet, and telecom service concerns, ensuring every interaction delivers top-tier support and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails from premium telecom customers.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions regarding billing, technical issues, and account inquiries.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns while maintaining a professional and courteous approach.
  • Process plan upgrades, device replacements, and service activations or adjustments.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs for quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain product knowledge to provide up-to-date information on telecom services and promotions.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 years of BPO experience, preferably in a telecom or premium customer service account.
  • Excellent English communication and comprehension skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in handling VIP or high-value customers is a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
