JOB DESCRIPTION:

An Application Support Specialist provides technical support and maintenance for the software applications used within Digits Trading Corp and Tasteless Food Group. This role involves troubleshooting user-reported issues, monitoring system performance, and ensuring the optimal functionality of business-critical applications. Additionally, the specialist serves as the technical expert for Apple device management solutions, overseeing device enrollment, configuration, and ensuring compliance with network and security protocols.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Serving as a key liaison between end-users and the development team, bridge communication gaps and ensures user needs are effectively addressed.

  2. Troubleshoot user-reported issues and ensure timely resolution in accordance with the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  3. Contributes to the ongoing improvement of application functionality and reliability.

  4. Serve as the technical expert for Apple devices:

  5. Provide technical guidance and support to sales teams and customers throughout the sales cycle.

  6. Conduct engaging technical presentations and demonstrations of our solutions, tailored to customer requirements.
  7. Collaborate closely with customers to understand their technical challenges and business objectives.
  8. Design and architect solutions leveraging Apple and Windows technologies to meet customer needs.
  9. Knowledge and understanding on Networking concepts, from how devices are connected to each other, to sizing up the current bandwidth based on existing & future devices.
  10. Administer and troubleshoot macOS and Windows environments.

  11. Stay up-to-date on the latest Apple and Microsoft technologies and industry trends.

  12. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate leader.

  13. Knowledge is AI, PowerBI and Automation is an advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Graduate of any 4-year business related course

  2. Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team

  3. Communication Proficiency

  4. Problem Solving/Analysis

  5. Collaboration Skills

  6. Willing to be under Agency-Hired
