About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at CPI Management Services' Spark Cubao, you will be the voice of the company, providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This full-time role in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila is an integral part of our customer service team, ensuring we exceed our customers' expectations.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Responding to customer inquiries, complaints and requests in a timely and effective manner
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Familiarity with call centre software and systems
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
