The HR and Admin Associate is responsible for providing support in the day-to-day operations and implementation of all HR and admin initiatives and creating excellent customer service to internal & external customers.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists and supports all HR initiatives and activities.

  • Assists in full recruitment cycle through sourcing applicants, screening, online assessments, and onboarding.
  • Assists in designing employee engagement programs, events, and initiatives that align with company values.
  • Assists in organizing team building activities, training, workshops, and other programs.
  • Assists in maintaining the HR announcement board.
  • Assists in collection of HR forms & submission of DTR reports every pay period.
  • Prepares and modifies documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
  • Attends to employee's and guest's inquiries when necessary.

Assists and supports all Admin initiatives and activities.

  • Answers calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Assists in purchasing items for office use (source suppliers, make check requisition/cash advance etc.)
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
  • Acts as the point person for internal and external clients
  • Assists in the administrative and maintenance activities of the office such as: Business Permits, Government Mandated Documents, Contracts, Membership, etc., Purchasing of Supplies (office and pantry), Office Supplies and Equipment Inventory, and Cleanliness and Sanitation.
  • Assists the accounts receivable team on any administrative tasks assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related field.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office programs such as Excel, PPT, and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute events and engagement activities.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
