Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated DevOps Associate with experience in 24/7 operations, automation, container technologies, and observability tools. The ideal candidate will have strong scripting skills, hands-on experience with Ansible and OpenShift, and be proficient in managing CI/CD pipelines to support scalable, reliable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain 24/7 operational environments ensuring system reliability and availability.
  • Develop and manage automation workflows using Ansible or related scripting languages.
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications using OpenShift or similar container orchestration platforms.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring and observability solutions using Dynatrace, Splunk, and related tools.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues promptly.
  • Apply best practices in infrastructure automation and cloud platform usage (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure needs and improvements.
Required Experience
  • Minimum 1 year supporting 24/7 operational environments.
  • At least 1 year working with Ansible or similar automation/scripting tools.
  • Minimum 1 year experience with OpenShift or other container technologies.
  • At least 1 year using observability and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.
Skills & Competencies
  • Proficient in Ansible, Dynatrace, Splunk, and OpenShift (or equivalent technologies).
  • Experience with infrastructure automation tools and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Skilled in scripting languages like Python and Bash.
  • Familiar with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills within team environments.
