Salary: P35,000 to P45,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (03:30 PM - 12:30 AM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • You must have a strong level of spoken & written English
  • Seasoned recruitment sourcing background
  • You must have 1 to 2 years recruitment experience specifically roles for software/technology organizations (SEO'd for SaaS, GSI, tech jobs in UK & Ireland)
  • Experienced sourcing for Mid - Executive level requirements for Leadership, Sales and Marketing, Software Development & Engineering, Project Management & Project Delivery.
  • You must have experience of working to targets & KPIs
  • Proven background in Vendor or Recruitment Agency industry

What will you do?

  • You will specifically be talking to & questioning candidates and then writing up notes (on ATS and then by email) on a candidate overview that will be sent to the recruiter and then onto the client
  • You will have a daily/weekly target for the number of accurate CV's sent and interviews booked.
  • You will attend to job briefings and discovery calls with hiring managers
