Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • With strong actual experience in customer service, retail or BPO industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat or in person
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing and promotions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating complex cases when necessary
  • Process orders, reservations or service requests accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Coordinate with other department (operations, sales logistics, etc.) to address customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and procedures
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve products and services
