Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- With strong actual experience in customer service, retail or BPO industry
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat or in person
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing and promotions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating complex cases when necessary
- Process orders, reservations or service requests accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with other department (operations, sales logistics, etc.) to address customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and procedures
- Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve products and services
