Job Description
As a Chat Support Representative, you'll handle real-time customer inquiries across sales, billing, technical support, and order updates-delivering timely, professional, and empathetic resolutions while ensuring every interaction strengthens customer trust.

Salary: PHP 26, PHP 28,000.00

The Qualifications We Seek
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer or technical support
- Previous chat support experience handling international telecommunications accounts (Australian Telco experience preferred but not required)
- Solid understanding of technical troubleshooting and basic tech support processes
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple chats efficiently
- Excellent written English communication and customer service skills
Your Daily Tasks
Chat Support & Customer Engagement
- Provide real-time support via chat for sales, technical issues, pending order updates, and billing queries.
- Manage multiple chats simultaneously with accuracy and professionalism.
- Use knowledge bases and predefined responses to provide accurate information.
- Demonstrate empathy and problem-solving to create positive experiences.
Communication & Documentation
- Communicate primarily via chat; support other approved channels if required.
- Document issues, troubleshooting, and resolutions in Salesforce.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend FAQ/knowledge base updates.
Performance & Compliance
- Join coaching sessions to meet performance goals (response time, resolution, satisfaction).
- Follow Australian telecommunications regulatory and privacy standards.
- Contribute to team meetings and suggest process improvements.
- Perform additional tasks to support team and company objectives.
