About the role

We are seeking a talented Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team at Spark Cubao, a leading provider of customer service solutions. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through real-time chat interactions. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, where you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and collaborative environment.

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
