Job Purpose

·Assists in the execution of the campaign process, identifying business opportunities, performance tracking, analysis, and digitalization to improve targeting, efficiency, and scaling of offers.

·Collaborates with business users in developing strategies, programs, and offers for payments business growth and improvements in cards/loans acquisition, activation, usage, and retention.

·Conducts simple customer segmentation, data mining, and profiling of cards and loans portfolio, effectively identifying customer segments and formulating research questions for analysis; Utilizes data mining tools or creates regular or ad hoc reports to gain insights into customer segments and find solutions to research questions.

·Assists in the implementation of campaigns and communication requirements.

Job Requirements

·Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or related programs.

·Preferably minimum one (1) year of experience in data science and analytics roles in industries such as banking/finance, market research, telecommunications, insurance, and other related disciplines

·Proficiency in statistical programming, data visualization tools, and office suite applications

·Knowledge in SAS, R, Python, Salesforce, SQL, PowerBI, and other related tools
