Role Description

We're looking for a
Marketing Associate
to join our team and play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Work Setup:
Flexible — work-from-home, hybrid, or onsite (depending on role requirement)

What You'll Do

  • Support digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels
  • Assist with content creation, scheduling, and community management
  • Develop marketing materials and create presentations to support campaigns and client initiatives
  • Contribute to drip marketing efforts by helping plan, execute, and track automated campaigns
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals

What We're Looking for

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (social media platforms, Canva, email marketing, CRMs, etc.)
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while being a great team player
