Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate with a strong background in both public relations and marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive brand image, developing effective PR campaigns, and supporting integrated marketing initiatives. This role requires excellent communication, media relations, content creation, and strategic planning skills to help drive brand visibility, engagement, and growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage PR strategies that align with the company's marketing objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Draft press releases, media kits, speeches, articles, and other PR-related content.
  • Coordinate and execute events, press conferences, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.
  • Manage crisis communications effectively to protect the company's reputation.
  • Monitor media coverage, prepare PR reports, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and content marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging PR/marketing tools.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in PR, marketing, or communications roles.
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in media relations, press release writing, and event coordination.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Can start ASAP
