Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pasig for a Marketing Associate. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, executing marketing campaigns, fostering effective communication strategies, supporting sales activities, and coordinating project management tasks. The role entails working closely with cross-functional teams to drive the company's market presence and engaging with clients to promote Smart Home Philippines' innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media coordination (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered)
  • Ability to contribute to marketing strategies, campaign planning, and content ideas
  • Skills in creating and editing creative materials (photos, videos, graphics, presentations) using
    Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and content scheduling tools
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to be hands-on with both strategic planning and day-to-day marketing tasks
  • Experience in events coordination is a plus

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategizing & Campaign Planning

  • Support the Marketing Manager in developing marketing strategies and campaign plans
  • Contribute ideas for social media campaigns, creative materials, and client engagement activities
  • Assist in monitoring campaign performance and suggesting improvements

2. Content & Creative Material Creation

  • Create, design, and edit creative materials including graphics, photos, videos, and presentations
  • Assist in drafting captions and preparing social media content while ensuring consistent brand identity

3. Marketing Execution & Coordination

  • Assist in rolling out marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and documentation needed for campaigns

4. Event & Activation Support

  • Assist in planning and coordinating pocket events, product demos, and launches
  • Handle logistics, materials, and on-site coordination during events
