Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CX Associate (Business Process Specialist) located in Taguig. The CX Associate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, supporting operations, managing customer service interactions, and facilitating effective communication among various departments.

The role involves identifying areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements, and ensuring customer satisfaction - playing a key role in the digital transformation of Megaworld Lifestyle Malls.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating business processes and identifying improvements
  • Knowledge in project management to support operational activities
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective inter-departmental coordination
  • Customer Service experience to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Taguig
  • Technocal skills (e.g. software development, Excel proficiency, etc.) an advantage
