Job Description:

The PD Associate Manager monitors, supervises, and/or provides insights for the successful conceptualization, planning, launch, implementation, delivery, and completion to achieve business outcomes and results. This role is responsible for the resources, day-to-day tasks/activities, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality, cost-effectiveness, compliance, timeliness, and commitment to brand promise.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of Business Administration/Management or Technical (Architectural/Engineering) related courses.

  2. Minimum 5 years of work experience in real estate/construction firms/other related industries and/or handled various project development functions in assistant managerial level.

  3. Highly proficient in all aspects of communication, including oral, written, presentation and negotiation skills

  4. With strong critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills.

  5. Highly proficient in all aspects of project management including in-depth understanding of the principles, tools/methodologies, and resource management.

  6. With technical knowledge and professional skills relevant to project development operations.

  7. Highly proficient with various software applications such as SAP, Smart Sheets, MS Office applications – MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  8. With high business acumen relevant to economic/financial concepts and impact on business operations.

  9. With high financial proficiency in relation to the formulation and actualization of P&L and in-depth understanding of the factors and risks affecting financial performance of projects.

  10. Very keen on details specifically in financial, legal, and technical matters relevant to project development operations.

  11. Highly proficient in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional departments, projects, teams and other stakeholders of the Company.
