Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Officer to join our growing start-up team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, creating engaging marketing materials, handling social media pages, and sourcing new clients to help grow the business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Content Creation:

  • Create marketing materials, social media posts, and layouts using Canva and other design tools.

  • Develop eye-catching visuals and engaging content aligned with brand identity.

  • Social Media Management:

  • Handle and maintain the company's Facebook page (and other platforms).

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor social media campaigns and community engagement.
  • Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.

  • Client Acquisition and Relations:

  • Identify and source potential clients through online and offline channels.

  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients and partners.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing pitches.

  • Marketing Strategy:

  • Support in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote company products or services.

  • Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or client sourcing is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Canva and basic knowledge of graphic design principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
