Job Title: Growth Marketing Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven
Senior Growth Marketing Officer
to execute and optimize growth marketing initiatives. This role focuses on hands-on management of performance marketing campaigns, lifecycle marketing efforts, and diagnosing funnel inefficiencies. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy problem-solver with a passion for driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Execution and Optimization (50%)

  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to improve acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, referral (AARRR Pirate Metrics).
  • Analyze and troubleshoot conversion funnels to identify areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement growth experiments and measure results.

Performance Marketing (25%)


• Plan and execute paid campaigns across multiple channels, focusing on ROI and KPIs.


• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.

Lifecycle Marketing (25%)


• Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, push, in-app) to drive engagement.


• Create and optimize automated customer journeys based on behavioral data.

Key Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong expertise in executing and optimizing campaigns across paid and lifecycle channels.
  • Hands-on experience with key marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Tiktok Ads, Apple Ads, Segment, , etc.).
  • Experience in using CRM and CMS
  • Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
