Position Summary

The Marketing and Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with our wholesale clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the food services industry and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to achieve company targets. ● Identify and acquire new wholesale clients.

● Manage and grow existing client accounts through excellent customer service and regular communication.

● Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

● Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

● Prepare and present sales reports to management.

● Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

● Proven experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the food services, food wholesale, or agriculture industry.

● Must have experience or knowledge in the food services sector.

● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Goal-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

● Knowledge of bangus or seafood wholesale is a significant advantage.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

● A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

● Must currently reside near Pasig.
