Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote our beauty and wellness products.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, ensuring content aligns with brand values and engages the audience.
  • Create compelling digital content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and optimize them for better results using SEO techniques.
  • Track and analyze marketing KPIs and campaign effectiveness to continually refine strategies.
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and promotional events to boost brand awareness.
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns using CRM software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in beauty, wellness, and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of branding, advertising, and promotional strategies.
  • Experience with social media management, content creation, and influencer marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO optimization.
  • Graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft engaging content.
  • Event planning and brand collaboration experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.

  • Passion for beauty and wellness.
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in blogging, vlogging, or content writing related to beauty and skincare is a plus.
  • Basic photography and video editing skills for social media content are a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
