The Role:

We are seeking a personable and proactive Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and represent our brand in our retail space. You will be a key part of delivering a welcoming shopping experience that reflects our commitment to sustainability and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
  • Educate customers about our sustainable products and brand values
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
  • Manage transactions accurately using the POS system
  • Support inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Promote brand awareness and community engagement
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred
