Job Overview

The Sales Associate plays a key role in the store's success by driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting operational efficiency. This role is responsible for achieving sales goals, assisting customers with product inquiries and recommendations, ensuring the store's visual presentation meets company standards, and monitoring inventory to maintain consistent product availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets for assigned categories.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and prepare reports on sales performance.
  • Assist customers by applying product knowledge, addressing inquiries, and offering personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in line with visual merchandising standards.
  • Track inventory across all SKUs and prepare accurate purchase orders to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College level.
  • At least 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexible to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
