Customer Service Manager

- Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure exceptional service is delivered to all customers.
- Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics (e.g., CSAT, NPS, response time) and provide reports to senior management.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate customer service staff performance.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Product, IT) to improve the customer experience.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and changes to effectively support the team and customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and initiate projects to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
