Job Summary

As a Research and Data Analyst, you will transform complex datasets into actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making. You will perform research and reporting, maintain data integrity across platforms, and create meaningful dashboards to drive business intelligence and operational efficiency. This role involves close collaboration across multiple teams to enhance CRM processes, streamline operations, and strengthen overall data strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, process, and analyze data from multiple sources, including Salesforce CRM, to generate actionable insights
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity by auditing, cleaning, and updating records regularly within Salesforce
  • Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support strategic planning
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Salesforce and BI tools to aid decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data utilization, workflow efficiency, and reporting accuracy
  • Identify automation and process-improvement opportunities using Salesforce and related tools
  • Support the implementation of data governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, research, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including reporting, dashboard creation, and data management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience handling large datasets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for translating data into actionable insights
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and capability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php90,000.00 per month
