Job Summary:
The SDU Accounts Lead is responsible for driving subscriber acquisition and ensuring customer retention in assigned residential areas (specifically single-dwelling units or SDUs). The role manages a team of SDU Sales Managers and external vendor agency partners, ensuring sales targets are met through strategic planning, effective execution, and partner engagement. The Accounts Lead is expected to lead through data-driven decision-making, market insights, and people management while ensuring adherence to company standards and sales processes.

Supervise and coach 2 SDU Sales Managers

Conduct regular check-ins

Vendor/Agency Partner Oversight

Coordinate with vendor-managed teams

Ensure proper onboarding/training

Customer Retention

Implement localized retention initiatives

Coordinate with After-Sales

Territory Planning

Map out sales clusters

Monitor market potential and penetration

Process Compliance & Reporting

Submit regular reports

Ensure compliance with documentation, DPA, etc.

Sales Leadership – Strong ability to drive and motivate teams toward achieving aggressive sales targets

Territory & Channel Management – Skilled in managing multiple channels and handling large areas efficiently

Vendor Management – Experience in coordinating and evaluating third-party agency partners

Analytical Thinking – Data-driven decision-making, strong problem-solving skills

Communication – Clear, concise communication across different stakeholders

Customer Orientation – Passionate about delivering superior customer experience

Execution Excellence – High accountability and result orientation

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

At least 5 years of progressive experience in sales or account management

Minimum 2 years in a leadership role handling field-based teams

Preferably work in a cable and telco industry or any similar industry

Experience managing vendor/third-party sales teams preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems

Willing to travel and work on the ground when needed
