About the role

TEVIANT is seeking a driven and creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for our innovative beauty products. Working from our offices in San Juan City, Metro Manila, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media
  2. Create engaging content such as social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates to effectively communicate our brand message and connect with our target audience
  3. Analyse marketing data and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and continuously optimise strategies to achieve desired results
  4. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives and support lead generation efforts
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for growth
  6. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, promotions, and other brand-building initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  5. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and content management systems
  6. Creativity and a passion for developing innovative and impactful marketing campaigns
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
