Job Summary

The Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist brings the brand to life online by creating engaging content, managing social platforms, and building an active online community. This role focuses on growing the brand's presence across social media channels , especially Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok , while ensuring consistent, on-brand storytelling and strong audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with marketing goals and brand identity.
  • Plan and create content calendars, captions, and posting schedules across all social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative team for visuals, photoshoots, and video content (e.g., TikTok trends, Reels, influencer collabs).
  • Manage daily posting, engagement, and community interaction , respond to messages, comments, and brand mentions.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth rate) and prepare monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and E-Commerce teams for promotions, product launches, and campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and viral opportunities to keep the brand relevant.
  • Support influencer campaigns and user-generated content strategies.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Assist in light digital ad boosting or community targeting when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (preferably in beauty, retail, or lifestyle industries).
  • Proven experience handling brand pages on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Creative thinker with a strong grasp of trends, aesthetics, and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics dashboards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
