Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in San Juan del Monte. As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the online store, analyzing e-commerce performance data, coordinating promotions, and enhancing the customer shopping experience. You will also collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies to drive online sales and maintain customer satisfaction through exceptional service and communication.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in E-Commerce operations, online store management, and sales strategies
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and optimize business processes
  • Customer Service and Communication skills to build strong customer relationships and address inquiries effectively
  • Knowledge in digital marketing or experience in the beauty or retail industry is a plus
  • Ability to work autonomously in an on-site setting and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
