About the role

Join our dynamic customer service team as a Customer Service Representative at A SYSTEM INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION'. This is a full-time position based in Sucat Muntinlupa City Metro Manila, with opportunities to work virtually. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, delivering exceptional service and support to help them with their inquiries and needs.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
  2. Provide product and service information to customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  5. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services
  6. Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
  6. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
