Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with customers through online chat, assisting them with product inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through the sales process. Your goal will be to provide top-notch customer support while promoting our services and products.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or senior support team.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with every interaction.
  • Work towards meeting daily and monthly performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), College Level, or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales-oriented with a passion for customer service.
  • Must have the ability to work onsite at Bridgetowne IPI.
  • Must have flexibility in working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
