JOB SUMMARY:

The Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for managing the fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery. They will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction across multiple platforms. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive, process, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently using Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop Seller Center.
  • Process orders received through from Ecommerce platform and internal orders.
  • Monitor stock availability and coordination of stock availability to ensure on fulfilling customer's orders
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high shipping and delivery rate.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups, generate shipping labels, and ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
  • Conduct quality checks on products after picking to ensure they are accurate according to the picklist.
  • Resolve customer complaints and platform disputes efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the fulfillment process,
  • Prepare reports and provide insights as requested.
  • May be assigned other relevant duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any four-year bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in e-commerce fulfillment or a similar role within the retail industry
  • Proficiency in using Ecommerce platform like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop Seller Center and
  • Familiarity with using ERPS, WMS and OMS.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
  • Good communication skills and the ability to professionally interact with customers
