JOB SUMMARY: The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for ensuring quality control of ecommerce orders and monitoring drop-off activities. This role involves inspecting products for accuracy and condition, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, and tracking shipments to guarantee timely and accurate delivery to customers. The associate plays a key role in maintaining smooth fulfillment operations and minimizing errors or delays. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Check all processed orders across all platforms and shops and ensure that the details in both the processed DRs and the platform records match.
  • Conduct quality checks on products after picking to ensure they are accurate according to the picklist.
  • Print the AWBs and attach them to the corresponding delivery receipts and maintain soft copies of the AWBs and ensure they are properly stored in the shared drive.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics to ensure timely checking of items before endorsing them to the packers. dispatch, drop-off, and pick-up of our parcels.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating our tracker to monitor dispatch activities and ensure SLA compliance across platforms and provide regular updates to the team regarding order fulfillment and SLA performance. Monitor cancelled orders and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely pull-out.
  • Monitor fraudulent/scam orders across all platforms, lodge a case number, and report to the respective platform for buyer account verification.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups, generate shipping labels, and ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
  • Send fulfillment report (Drop-Off Monitoring) in a timely manner, and prepare other reports and provide insights as requested.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the fulfillment process, particularly in QC checking and drop-off monitoring.
  • May be assigned other relevant duties as needed and based on business requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any four-year bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in using Ecommerce platform like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop Seller Center
  • Familiarity with using ERPS, WMS, and OMS.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in using Excel or Google Sheets, with knowledge of how to prepare and navigate reports
