About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Luxury Sales Associate to join our team at Westfair Marketing, Inc.' in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila. As a fulltime Luxury Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales for our prestigious luxury brand offerings.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide a premium in-store customer experience, offering tailored recommendations and personalised service
  • Maintain expert product knowledge to educate customers on the unique features and benefits of our luxury products
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and relationship building
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising to ensure the store is always presentation-ready
  • Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a luxury retail or premium sales environment, preferably within the consumer products industry
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering a premium shopping experience
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of luxury products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers
  • Demonstrable sales skills and a track record of achieving individual and team sales targets
  • Adaptability and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • Proficiency in English and the local language is preferred
