Here's Where You Come In
As
Finance Systems Support Associate
, you will work under the guidance of the Finance Systems Team Lead and/or Finance Systems Manager to provide business and technical support for WVI SunSystems across the Partnership. You will assist the Finance Systems Team Lead and/or Manager on global projects and initiatives related to SunSystems.

You will also be responsible for developing general templates and partnership reports, which includes gathering requirements, collecting and analyzing data, coordinating closely with stakeholders, and managing the process through testing, implementation, and deployment. In addition, you will perform regular system maintenance and support the integration of SunSystems with other systems.

Requirements Include

  • Bachelor's/University Degree specialized in IT (i.e. Computer Engineer & Computer Science)
  • 2-4 years of technical and advanced SunSystems and PMQA skills, or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of strong technical/IT training experience
  • Has proven expertise in MS Office Applications especially in Excel and
  • Has some experience in basic SQL Script and Macros
  • Has at least 2-4 years of experience in customer support
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Can productively and efficiently work with customers and stakeholders across time zones and culture.
