Job Description
As a PCN Reviewing Administrator, you will assess and process parking contraventions using back-office systems to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely results. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficient decision-making, and consistent adherence to quality and performance standards.

The Qualifications We Seek
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience

- Experience within a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- PC literate to a good standard, with knowledge of Microsoft Office products

- Ability to read English and process numbers and letters easily

Your Daily Tasks
- Review parking contraventions in back-office management systems (Zatpark or Sagoss), as identified by Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras and Manual Number Plate Recognition (MNPR) handheld devices for client and managed services car parks.
- Determine the appropriate outcome for each contravention based on established procedures:
- Processed - when a customer fails to pay for parking through the available payment methods or is not whitelisted, resulting in a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) being issued.
- Void - when a customer has paid for parking, and no PCN should be issued.
- Follow clearly defined rules and procedures set by the business on when to issue or not issue PCNs, as detailed in the PCN reviewing procedures for Zatpark and Sagoss.
- Ensure all PCNs are reviewed within the required timeframe-no later than the 11th day after the contravention-to comply with the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 and the British Parking Association (BPA) standards.
- Consistently meet set key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Demonstrate computer proficiency by efficiently navigating and using a variety of software applications to complete daily reviews and updates.
- Respond positively to feedback and coaching to achieve continuous personal growth and improve overall performance.
- Immediately report any system faults or irregularities to the line manager for prompt investigation and resolution.
- Adhere strictly to all client policies, procedures, and operational standards to ensure compliance and service excellence.
- Take reasonable care for your own health and safety, as well as that of others who may be affected by your work, while actively supporting company health and safety measures.
- Participate in additional duties, tasks, or projects as assigned by supervisors or managers to support business objectives.
- Observe all office rules, regulations, and guidelines to maintain a professional and efficient working environment.
